Sterling Silver
-
Make sure to remove your jewellery before you shower, bathe, exercise and swimming to help protect the high-quality of your jewellery.
-
Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
-
Avoid wearing your jewellery when using any cleaning products and other chemicals.
-
We highly recommend that you store your jewellery in the packaging provided or in our microfibre pouch.
-
We recommend you to store your pieces of jewellery separately. This is to prevent the pieces from rubbing or tangled together.
-
To keep your jewellery looking radiant we recommend using a polishing cloth.
-
Our polishing cloth is suitable for cleaning your silver and gold vermeil pieces. However, we highly recommend to wipe gently on the gold vermeil pieces.
-
Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.
-
All of our Sterling Silver products are protected with a layer of Rhodium electroplating, however, this may eventually wear off over time.
-
Silver tarnishes rapidly when exposed to certain substances in our everyday lives. We recommend caring for, wearing and storing your jewellery as mentioned above.
Gemstones
-
Clean your gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing.
-
All of our gemstones are natural and therefore can be vulnerable to absorbing dirt and to chipping. Settings may also become loose over-time.
-
Many natural gemstones can be quite delicate. Please avoid hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners at all times.
-
Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean gemstones as it may cause scratching.
